About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Bar & Restaurant Manager for a busy 4-star hotel in Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity for a standards-driven hospitality professional to lead both bar and restaurant operations, maintain excellent guest service and support strong food and beverage performance across the hotel.

Your Responsibilities
As Bar & Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily bar and restaurant operations across the hotel
• Leading, training and motivating food and beverage team members
• Maintaining excellent service, presentation and guest experience standards
• Managing rosters, stock control, ordering, wastage and labour costs
• Supporting beverage service, restaurant service, events and hotel operations
• Working closely with the kitchen, events and senior hotel management teams
• Handling guest feedback professionally and ensuring strong service recovery
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, HACCP and hotel operating procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bar Manager, Restaurant Manager or Food and Beverage Manager
• Experience within a 4-star hotel or quality hospitality environment
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Excellent food, beverage, wine and service knowledge
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage costs, sales and standards
• Professional, hands-on and guest-focused approach
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy hotel service periods

Salary & Benefits

• Salary guide of €42,000–€45,000
