The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality spa treatments and therapies to hotel guests in a professional, relaxing, and safe environment, ensuring excellent customer service, wellbeing outcomes, and adherence to spa and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• The Spa Therapist will deliver a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies.
• The Spa Therapist will provide professional consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• The Spa Therapist will ensure every guest receives a high standard of customer care and relaxation experience.
• The Spa Therapist will maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and spa areas.
• The Spa Therapist will ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• The Spa Therapist will carry out accurate guest record keeping and treatment documentation.
• The Spa Therapist will promote and upsell spa treatments, packages, and retail products.

Essential Requirements

• Qualification in Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, or Spa Therapy.
