About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Accommodation Assistant Manager for a busy 4-star hotel in Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity for a standards-driven accommodation professional to support the Accommodation Manager in maintaining excellent room presentation, cleanliness standards and team performance across a quality hotel property.

Your Responsibilities
As Accommodation Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Accommodation Manager with daily housekeeping operations
• Supervising room attendants, public area teams and accommodation staff
• Conducting room, corridor and public area inspections to ensure high standards
• Supporting rosters, stock control, linen management and daily task allocation
• Training, motivating and developing accommodation team members
• Handling guest requests, feedback and service recovery professionally
• Ensuring all rooms and public areas are maintained to 4-star hotel standards
• Supporting health, safety, hygiene and hotel operating procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Accommodation Assistant Manager, Accommodation Supervisor or Senior Housekeeping Supervisor
• Experience within a 4-star hotel or quality hospitality environment
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to support, train and motivate a busy accommodation team
• Hands-on, professional and standards-driven approach
• Flexibility to work weekends and busy hotel periods as required
