About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Hotel Duty Manager for a busy 4-star hotel in Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional to support daily hotel operations, lead teams on shift and ensure a consistently high standard of guest service across the property.

Your Responsibilities
As Hotel Duty Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily hotel operations while on duty
• Supporting front office, food and beverage, accommodation and events teams
• Handling guest queries, complaints and service recovery professionally
• Ensuring service standards are maintained across all guest areas
• Completing shift handovers, operational checks and daily reports
• Supporting team training, communication and performance during service
• Ensuring health, safety and hotel procedures are followed at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or senior hotel supervisor
• Experience within a 4-star hotel or quality hospitality environment
• Strong guest service, leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work across multiple hotel departments
• Professional, hands-on and calm under pressure
• Strong organisation and problem-solving ability
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy hotel periods
