About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager for a busy 4-star hotel in Dublin South. This is an excellent opportunity for a standards-driven accommodation professional to lead the housekeeping department, maintain excellent room standards and support a strong guest experience across the property.

Your Responsibilities
As Executive Housekeeping Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily housekeeping and accommodation operations across the hotel
• Leading, training and motivating the housekeeping team
• Conducting regular room, corridor and public area inspections
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest readiness
• Managing rosters, linen, stock control, ordering and departmental supplies
• Working closely with front office, maintenance and senior hotel management
• Handling guest feedback and ensuring service recovery is managed professionally
• Ensuring health, safety, hygiene and hotel operating standards are followed

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Executive Housekeeping Manager, Accommodation Manager or Housekeeping Manager
• Experience within a 4-star hotel or quality hospitality environment
• Strong leadership, training and team management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Good knowledge of rosters, labour control, linen and stock management
• Professional, hands-on and standards-driven approach
• Flexibility to work weekends and busy hotel periods as required
