About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Director of Human Resources for a luxury hotel in Kildare. This is an excellent senior leadership opportunity for a commercially focused HR professional with strong hotel, hospitality or service-led experience and the ability to support a high-performing, standards-driven property.

The successful candidate will lead the HR function across the hotel, supporting recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance, engagement and people strategy.

Your Responsibilities
As Director of Human Resources, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the full HR function across the hotel
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, retention and employee engagement
• Advising department heads and senior management on HR best practice
• Managing employee relations, performance management, investigations and disciplinaries
• Supporting training, development and succession planning across the property
• Ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation and internal policies
• Driving a positive workplace culture focused on service, standards and team development
• Managing HR reporting, payroll support, contracts and HR administration processes

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Director of Human Resources, HR Manager or senior HR professional
• Hotel, hospitality or luxury service environment experience is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice
• Proven experience managing employee relations and advising senior managers
• Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to support operational teams
• Professional, confidential and people-focused approach
• CIPD qualification or relevant HR qualification is desirable
